How long does it take to get my test?

All orders are shipped the following working day. All orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

Are the tests scientifically proven?

Yes, all the health tests we offer on our site are scientifically validated, easy-to-use, and delivered to your front door. For more information on this, take a look at our Behind the Science page.

How much is the delivery charge?

We don’t charge for the delivery of our products. All of our products include free delivery.

Do I need to regularly re-test?

We recommend re-testing no more than once every 6 months. This will enable you to ensure your body is in tune and stay informed on your health and wellbeing.

Where do I go to complete my test?

All tests can be taken from the comfort of your own home. Our tests are designed to bring your results directly to you. There’s no need for waiting times or follow up appointments, simply order your test and it will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

Can I recycle my kit after it’s been used?

Yes, the outer cardboard box your test is delivered in is fully recyclable. Please dispose of all other testing components in your general waste disposal.

Why are there 2 safety lancets in my blood test kit?

We include 1 extra safety lancet in all of our blood test kits. The reason for this is that sometimes not enough blood is produced from the prick caused by the first lancet and therefore a second lancet is required. Once you have undertaken the test you can dispose of any left over lancets.
