The Science Behind the Tests
TSH Thyroid Test
The TSH Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of TSH in human whole blood at a cut-off concentration of 5μIU/mL. This assay provides a preliminary diagnostic test result and can be used to screen for TSH. A clinical evaluation was conducted comparing the results obtained using the TSH Test to ELISA. The in-house clinical trial included 220 whole blood specimens. The results demonstrated 98.2% efficacy and 98.2% sensitivity with an overall accuracy of 98.2%.
Vitamin D Test
The Vitamin D Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the semi-quantitative detection of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25 (OH) D) in human fingerstick Whole blood. This assay provides a preliminary diagnostic test result and can be used to screen for Vitamin D deficiency. A clinical evaluation was conducted comparing the results obtained using the Vitamin D Rapid Test to predicate Device (Vitamin D Rapid Test). The in-house clinical trial included 90 whole blood specimens. The results demonstrated with an overall accuracy of 94.4%.
Iron Deficiency Test
The Ferritin Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of ferritin in human fingerstick blood at a cut-off concentration of 30 ng/mL. The Ferritin Rapid Test Cassette has been compared with a leading commercial Ferritin CLIA test. The correlation between these two systems is over 95.0%.
Bowel Test
Faecal Occult Blood (FOB) Rapid Test kit is a self-testing device to detect human occult blood in stool. A comparison was conducted using the JD Biotech FOB Antigen Rapid Test and commercially available FOB Antigen rapid tests. 241 stool specimens from the 117th hospital of the people’s liberation Army and the 94 hospital of the people’s liberation Army in China
Vaginal Health Test
The Trichomonas V./C. albs (yeast) /Gardnerella V STD 3-in-1 panel Antigen Rapid test Kit is an immunochromatographic assay that detects trichomonas vaginalis, candida albicans yeast, and gardnerella vaginalis antigen from urine. This test is an in vitro diagnostic for screening Trichomonas vaginalis, candida albicans (yeast) and Gardnerella vaginalis with a self-collected urine sample at home. The clinical performance of the Trichomonas V. /C.albs. (yeast)/ Gardnerella V 3-in-1 panel STD rapid Test Kit using vaginal swab specimen & urine specimen was compared with the various gold standard methods (Culture, PCR). Total 200 specimens of vaginal swab & urine respectively were collected from same person.
Menopause Test
This test is used for the qualitative detection of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in women’s urine. It will provide useful information for women preparing for pregnancy or concerned about ovarian health, function and fertility, and play an auxiliary role in the diagnosis and treatment of pituitary and gonadal dysfunction.
